Return your order
You can make your return within 14 days from the date of delivery and be fully refunded.
- Send an e-mail to annalisa@mialuis.it with your order number
- Print the Return Form, and put it inside the package.
- Send your return to the address indicated after the return procedure.
Refund amount
The administrative costs of reimbursement are borne by Mialuis.
On the contrary, all shipping costs of the product, both by courier and by postal service, are charged to the customer. You will then be fully refunded only for the value of the returned products.
Refund times
The refund will be processed upon receipt of your return at the warehouses of the individual brands. We inform you that for orders paid by credit card, refunds can take up to 4 weeks to be visible on your statement. The refund will be made and displayed on your statement. A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to you.
