Shipping & Delivery

Every MIALUIS bag is carefully prepared before shipment. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET). Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping Times & Costs

Italy — Delivery within 24–48 business hours from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Europe (EU) — Delivery within 48–72 business hours from dispatch.

USA, Japan, Australia & Rest of the World — Delivery within 4–6 business days from dispatch via Economy shipping.

Shipping costs are displayed in your cart before payment. No additional shipping charges will be requested upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel in real time.

You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders section.

If you checked out as a guest, you can use the Track Your Order link available in the website footer.

International Shipping

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
